  • Ashtanga Led

Ashtanga Led is a dynamic and synchronized practice where students move through a set sequence of poses guided by a teacher's verbal cues and counting. It follows the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa method, emphasizing breath, movement, and internal focus to cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

  • Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa flow is a dynamic and fluid style of yoga that synchronizes breath with movement, transitioning smoothly between poses in a continuous sequence. It emphasizes creative sequencing, allowing practitioners to explore a variety of poses while cultivating strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

  • Hatha

Hatha yoga is a traditional form of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama) to promote balance, flexibility, and relaxation. It is often practiced at a slower pace, allowing practitioners to explore each posture mindfully and cultivate a deeper awareness of the body and breath.

  • Peak Pose Yoga

Peak pose yoga is a dynamic practice that builds towards a specific, often challenging, yoga posture or sequence throughout the class. It focuses on preparing the body and mind to achieve the peak pose safely and effectively, incorporating breathwork, alignment cues, and variations tailored to individual abilities.

  • Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga is a unique form of yoga that incorporates the use of hammocks or silk fabric suspended from the ceiling to support various yoga poses, allowing practitioners to experience traditional yoga postures in a suspended or aerial environment. It combines elements of yoga, pilates, and aerial acrobatics to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance while providing a fun and challenging workout.

  • Kids and Teens Yoga

Kids and teens yoga involves adapting traditional yoga practices into fun and engaging sessions tailored to younger age groups, combining movement, mindfulness, and breathwork to promote physical health, emotional well-being, and self-awareness in children and adolescents.

  • Pre and Postnatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga involves gentle poses and breathing exercises tailored to support the physical and emotional well-being of expectant mothers, promoting relaxation, flexibility, and preparation for childbirth. Postnatal yoga focuses on gentle movements and mindfulness practices to help new mothers regain strength, relieve stress, and bond with their baby, fostering recovery and postpartum healing.

  • Partner Yoga

Partner yoga is a practice where two individuals support and assist each other in yoga poses, deepening stretches, enhancing balance, and fostering trust and connection through synchronized movements and breath. It promotes communication, teamwork, and intimacy between partners while exploring new dimensions of yoga practice.
