Introducing our Swim Tots program for toddlers aged 4 to 7! Designed to instill water confidence and basic swimming skills, our engaging classes feature playful activities and gentle instruction tailored to the developmental needs of young swimmers, fostering a love for the water in a safe and supportive environment.

For children aged 7 to 12, our Swim Kids program offers a dynamic blend of skill-building and aquatic fun! Led by experienced instructors, these classes focus on stroke refinement, water safety, and endurance training, empowering young swimmers to develop proficiency and confidence as they progress through various levels of skill mastery.

Class Type

  • Private (1 - 2 pax)

    Tailored to accommodate one to two individuals, these sessions offer focused attention, customized learning, and flexible scheduling to suit your pace and goals in the water.

  • Group (3 or more)

    Designed for three or more participants, our sessions offer personalized instruction, stroke refinement, and water safety skills in a supportive and fun group setting.

  • Stroke Correction (eg. preparing for triathlon)

    Personalized swim instruction tailored for leisure swimmers and triathletes alike, focusing on stroke refinement and technique enhancement to maximize efficiency and performance in the water. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete, unlock your aquatic potential and conquer your goals with expert guidance and individualized attention.

  • Swim Safer preparation

    Prepare you for Swim Safer tests with personalized instruction focusing on water safety, stroke techniques, and confidence-building in a supportive environment. Master essential skills and gain the confidence you need to excel in Swim Safer assessments.

FAQ

What happens if it rains?

2 hours advance notice required for class cancellation due to bad weather* (a unison consensus must be agreed among students for group class) 

If the weather* turns bad and cancellation occurs within the hour, it will be 50% payment.

Bad weather* include but not limiting to heavy rain, lightning situation, haze and pandemic.

What do I need to bring for the class?

  • Be in proper swim attire. 
  • Sunscreen
  • Kickboard
  • Goggles
  • Swimming cap (highly recommended for swimmers whose hair can potentially covers the eyes or face)

What fitness level?

Swimming is suitable for people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Some say that you don't need to be fit to start learning to swim, and that you should focus on breathing and enjoying each stroke. 

Don't let the thought of fitness hold you back from starting, it's more about getting out there, Fitness gained through swimming is an added bonus.

Is it suitable for elderly?

Yes, swimming is a good exercise for older adults because it's low impact and has a low risk of injury. The water supports up to 90% of the body's weight, which reduces stress on muscles and joints. Swimming can also help older adults:

  • Increase strength, endurance, and flexibility

Swimming can be a solo exercise, but many seniors enjoy swimming with family or friends. Physicians and physical therapists often recommend swimming.

How long are the classes? (duration / term)

A Swim Tots lesson is 30 minutes long. Swim Kids' lesson typically range from 30 to 45 minutes in duration. Each term for toddlers and kids is 8 weeks.

Adults usually have hour-long lessons. Ad hoc lessons for adults are typically 90 minutes long. Each term for adults is 4 weeks.
