Testimonials

Did sun salutation B workshop-class with Lou @yicsingapore yesterday. Took away lots of tips around lack of awareness and bodily engagement students tend to face, deep dive options to make asana more accessible, confusions with cobra and updog.

Lou went around to correct each of us and help us where we were finding difficulties. We covered enough theory & practice to make the session worthwhile even for 1st timer practicing surya namaskar B! Would attend more of such sessions in future.

It's an achievement It's taken me years to be able to swim 1 lap without feeling panic/tensed up, my mind simply refused to deal. Strokes not perfect or ever will be, but hey it is my 3rd lesson with Lou @flowfly float. She gets me, and I have so many "aha" moments with her teaching. Swimming is a life skill and a gateway to diving etc. Hopefully by next beach holiday I would be ready to swim.

The instructor, Lou was really detailed and checked in prior class on our different levels and experience in Yoga. From that knowledge, she constantly assured and encouraged us on different human perspectives and how the same pose might look different to everyone. Throughout the class, she broke down each stage and mind muscle connection really clearly. It really helped the understanding and make the class really comfortable and enjoyable.

I liked that the class was adjusted to fit the student's standards, & was kept challenging. Lou provided helpful tips & was very friendly! Really enjoyed it! The studio is small, cozy & clean

Another great outdoor/water activity to try out peeps! Was sceptical at first but to my surprise, I enjoyed it very much! We had a great time even tho it was drizzling and water was little choppy. Also amazed at how @flowflyfloat  lined up the boards so neatly against the strong winds. Thanks for jio-ing me, Nat! Love that I could stick my butt out in the air without being judged.
